POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

realized i never posted my stage shots — so here’s to the journey 🥂✨

i’m so thankful for bodybuilding.

there’s not many people out there that will understand the drive to constantly want to be better. to reach your full potential. to see exactly how far you can push yourself. i truly believe that if i can do this i can do anything.

it’s so much more than stepping on a stage. i’m forever thankful for the discipline i gained. bodybuilding has truly shaped every aspect of my life. it’s given me so much confidence and self respect. to know that my mind is SO much stronger than my body. it taught me that no matter how i felt, i could still show up for myself.

i had people tell me not to compete, and a lot more question why. if you have a goal or passion, pursue it! it’s not for everyone to understand.

in bodybuilding you have to learn how to say no. how to potentially make other people uncomfortable. your boundaries have to be stronger than your need to please other people. people can only see the end results— most don’t understand the journey or what it actually takes to get there. the grind is what makes it so special.

learn to be comfortable being uncomfortable. and stop living your life for other people. everyone wants the results, no one wants to work for it!

you can do the hard things. you can do what you never imagined yourself capable of. your passions and goals are yours for a reason. keep showing up for yourself and the rest will follow 🫶🏼

Love, losa 💞
