We live in the labyrinths of our own thoughts, erecting walls around ourselves from other people’s expectations. We hide behind social armor. But time passes, and the walls fall. What remains is the naked essence, vulnerable and honest. Each frame is an attempt to find a foothold in the void, where there are no spectators, no judges. Only you and your reflection in the cold concrete.

Marko @losinnato thanks for your dance 🫶

Today we wrap up a week of training with Marko Fonseca (@losinnato).

It was an intense, physically demanding few days, delving into various disciplines and practices such as floorwork, partnering, acrobatics, and more. We are grateful to Marko for sharing his work at Descalzinha once again during his European tour from Costa Rica.

Thanks to the group that joined our scholarship recipients this week, there was a great energy in the air these past few days
