2025 is one of the best year for many sneaker heads. For me, a Jordan brand lover, I’m happy that Jordan brand brings back many OG, and even opens its vault with some sneakers that I never think I would ever own. Here are the top 3 sneakers pickup for me in 2025. These are only what I like and maybe different than yours. What’s your top sneaker pickup? Honorable mention : Jordan 4 White Cement, is for sure my top 5 favorite sneakers of all time. The 2025 version just miss the top 3 of this year pickup is because of the leather quality. I think the 2016 leather quality is much better. But still I love this pair. At number 3, I have 2 pairs. Thank you for Jordan brand opens its vault to re release these grailed. They are Jordan 4 Undefeated and Jordan 5 Tokyo. Jordan 4 Undefeated was the first ever Jordan brand collaboration and Jordan 5 Tokyo was a Tokyo exclusive only when they open Jordan store in Tokyo. At number 2, is the Jordan 1 Bred(Banned) 85. This pair is so limited, to 10000 pairs in North America and 23000 world wide I think. They only release in Nike tier 0 store. I’m so lucky to be selected by @capsuletoronto to have a chance to have this in my collection. At number 1, I think everyone may think I’m crazy to put this general release and they even go on sale sneakers to be my number 1 pickup of the year. Yes, it’s the Jordan 5 Grape. It’s because this pair has nostalgic feeling to me. I first saw this pair on Will Smith in his “Fresh Prince of Bel-Air” show, and it became my top 5 favorite Jordan of all time. I love 2025 pair so much is because this is the closest to the OG 1990 version. The shape, the Nike Air at the back and the excellent leather quality makes it my favorite pickup of 2025. Jordan 5 Retro Tokyo T23 (2025). Nike/Jordan Brand is opening their vault this year. After the Undefeated 4, they released the Tokyo 5. Once again, I could never imagine I would own a pair of these. These originally released back in 2011 and was a Japan Tokyo exclusive, and is going for thousands of dollars in the resell market. Jordan 5 Retro Grape(White), another classic OG colorway. Last time this released was in 2013, with jumpman logo at the back. But this time is the true OG form with Nike Air. This is probably my favorite Jordan 5 and is a non Chicago colorway.
