What a festival. This mixtape/podcast (link in bio) was ESPECIALLY fun to create, since I found so many new artists that I wasn’t aware of before and got to see others that I’ve been curious about for a while. I collected some of my highlights in this episode in a rather eclectic mix across different styles.

There were many more artists that I wasn’t able to see and that I could have included…

Yay. In a week 2 tracks from my new EP RUN I/IV are coming out on @dogtoothrecords in collaboration with @bee.howie and a fantastic remix from @midas104 🔥

Run is about questioning one’s own behaviour. Am I running from or running to? The questions are there…some answers found. I m super excited to share this record with you.

Stay tuned xxx

Been trying new morning routine. Cycle to gym, sauna, ice bath, sauna, breathing. But added in delta waves whilst in ice bath! Breath hold gone from 2.30 to 3.30. Anyone else tried this? @tommythehutt @robdabank1973 @curiosity_connection @johnmonkman #breathing #icebath #wimhof thanks to @ea.akilat for the delta waves! by @lostartjon

What a beautiful day in London!! Working on a new record from one of our artists @radecktofficial. Out on @renaissance.dj on the 26th Jan. The Copenhagen maestro returns with his first full EP for Renaissance - 'Internalized Clock’. All set to make dancefloors ignite in a timeless start to 2024, it showcases his unique style, which is both twisted and infectious in equal measure. #newmusic #techno #housemusic taken in Ladbroke Grove by @lostartjon
