Oh Beast, my sweet baby boy. You will always be known as my first child. I didn't think it would come this quickly, but it did. I am beyond sorry that I couldn't do more for you. I will always remember the day I found you. I opened up my recycling bin to see you on your first day of life. I was with you when you took your first breath of air, and I was with you when you took your last. You have taught me and changed me in so many ways. You have taken a huge part of me with you the day you passed away. 7 years wasn't long enough, and we were supposed to have many more, but I am beyond grateful for the time we did have with each other. I am so sorry that this had to happen. I hope you understand and forgive me. You will always be my sun, moon, and stars. I love you, Beast. 💚

Mornings are getting colder, kids are heading back to school, and the leaves are changing colors. So close to this ridiculous hot summer to be over.

Once again, another July has come and gone. Only one more month of summer. So over the NC heat and ready for autumn. ☀️🍂
