Let us start the new week with a recap from the Health & Longevity Conference in Berlin last weekend…
Life Summit 2026

So many interesting speakers and masterclasses, biohacking experiences and latest longevity science. And all the various products and therapies.

I feel strongly validated in my work, my therapies and my product recommendations!

Happy pentecost everybody!

I loooove this time of the year - with all the flowers, all the colors, the longer and warmer days!
Above all it is time of asparagus and strawberries. Yay!
