#jamesbond #equality #outdated i experienced so much misogyny and sexism when I worked in an office and I didn’t do a thing about it. I didn’t know what to do about it. To be honest I’ve never been a morning person. I struggle to do anything quickly, make a decision about what to wear, what to have for breakfast, have a shower then need a lie down. Time blindness leads to suddenly hours vanishing…. Then a mad rush 🤦🏼‍♀️😅 Are you a morning person? by @lottie4979

I’m sure I’m not the only one but I’ve felt a bit flat recently. Tonight I sat down with some wreath making bits bought from Ashridge Manor Garden Centre and some foraged greenery and made my Christmas Wreath. It was very therapeutic and quite relaxing, and I can finally feel a bit of the Christmas Spirit creeping in…. I’m looking forward to decorating our tree and the house now 💖 🎄 #christmas #christmasseason by @lottie4979

Happy Monday! I am having to stop and heal. I pulled a muscle in my neck and shoulder and it’s really painful. 😣 I need it to heal quickly as I can’t help feeling depressed when I injure myself because I’m so often held back by having a health condition any way. The hot weather really effects me as it dies a lot of people. If you have menopause or perimenopause or you are a women you suffer more. Add in a non-functioning pituitary gland which also controls body temperature and you’ve got a perfect storm. 🤦🏼‍♀️ Do what you can to stay cool. Fans, iced water, aircon, cold flannels….
