Thank you @raindancefilmfestival for awarding Palestine Comedy Club with the ‘Spirit of Raindance’ award in memory of the great Philip Gambrill. Our film is the definition of independent: an unseen story that insists on the humanity of Palestinian people and resistance against genocide, fuelled by grassroots support and people-power. We are so honoured to accept this award and thank everyone who made Palestine Comedy Club possible. We can’t wait to share the film with the world! Thank you @elliot_grove for believing in us, to @david.martinez.flo and the entire Raindance festival team - you put on an INCREDIBLE festival! And thank you to @sarahaghaonline and @maryampasha for leading such insightful Q&As.
