My favourite season is incoming…🍂🍁🧡🎃 by @lottiethomsonart

My new price list is here for character art! It's really important to me to balance accessibility with fair pay for artists, that's why I've brought in a sliding scale payment option. Pop me a DM to make an enquiry about your bookish project! #indieauthors #bookishartist #characterart #indieromanceauthors by @lottiethomsonart

A step by step guide to how my commissions work!

I know commissioning art is daunting! I'm here to demystify my process and (I hope) give you confidence.

I've been a working artist since 2005, yikes! I have client-friends dating waaaay back and the Linkedin reviews & archived Myspace page to prove it 😂

In 2020 I went back to illustrating full time after a little break while I had my son and actually worked in commissioning for Affinity (the art apps) for 4 years. I know how daunting commissioning a new-to-you artist can be and the proliferation of scammers and ai slop out there is horrifying.

I hope my commission work here on insta, on my website, recommendations from people I've worked with and the vast array of creative work you can see here and over on my long established fine art account @charlotteart will convince you that you're in safe hands with me. I'm always available to answer questions, prove I'm a human on zoom calls etc.

I can't wait to hear about your characters, your book and everything that makes your heart sing!

Happy Halloween …on the Enterprise

Next year i’ll add the rest of the crew, I ran out of time between trick or treaters…even though I started this last Halloween (don’t judge haha!) #startrek #strangenewworlds #fanart by @lottiethomsonart

It’s here, it’s here! I'm so excited I finally get to share this gorgeous new cover for Imani & Blake's story. 🧡🤍🩷 Thank you @lottiethomsonart!!

📖 Gold Medal in Love by Alex La Bruyere **read on Kindle Unlimited**

Imani Gray is known as winter sports’ ice queen, and she’s smart enough to know that moniker has a dual meaning. Her whole life has been one battle after another, but it’s all been leading up to this: the chance for figure-skating gold.

Nothing is going to stand in her way: not the Russian favorite, not the reporters who keep using microaggressions that cause her to tank interviews, and certainly not Blake Floquet, the arrogant masc hockey player who she’s forced to room with at the Games.

As her career reaches a peak, she starts to unravel, but there’s one unlikely person who stands ready to catch her, and their dimpled offers to help might just be her saving grace on the way to win it all.
