Nothing brings me more joy than seeing a perfectly smoked brisket right in front of me! That beautiful bark, perfectly rendered fat, juicy tenderness, and everything that comes with it. That’s what I live for!

But you know what’s even better? Seeing happy customers!

People take time out of their day and spend their hard-earned money to experience our barbecue. I don’t take that lightly. Every brisket I smoke, every slice I serve, and every plate that goes out represents my passion and dedication to this craft.

I take pride in what I do because I genuinely LOVE doing it. I can’t imagine anything better than sharing my passion for barbecue with y’all!

EXCITING PARTNERSHIP ANNOUNCEMENT!

We’re thrilled to announce that @crepecrazydrip has partnered with Lotz of BBQ to feature our signature smoked brisket in their delicious creations!

I recently had the pleasure of trying their Hill Country Brisket Crepe, and WOW! 🤤 I was truly impressed by how perfectly they paired their ingredients with our brisket, slow-smoked for 15 hours over Texas post oak!

It’s an honor to collaborate with another amazing local business and bring something unique to the table!

If you haven’t tried their Hill Country Brisket Crepe yet, you’re missing out! Go show them some love and taste it for yourself! 🙌🔥

Where there’s BBQ, there’s family! ❤️

Behind Lotz of BBQ is a whole lot of passion, hard work, smoke, and love for bringing people together.

What started as a passion for BBQ has grown into something I’m incredibly proud of. Every brisket, every event, every customer, and every person who has supported us has become part of the Lotz of BBQ story.

We’re not just here to serve great Texas BBQ , we’re here to build community, create memories, and bring people together around good food.

This journey is still being written, and I’m excited for what’s ahead.

Where there’s BBQ, there’s family.

BBQ biscuits just got even better! 🔥

Get ’em smothered in Blanco Green Chile Queso or Texas Country Peppered Gravy — you choose! 🤤

Y’all loved them, so they’re HERE TO STAY!

Come hungry and get yours!

What a day so far! 🔥 We were slinging our breakfast biscuits for the very first time today!

We carefully planned and crafted these breakfast beauties to hit just right. You can’t go wrong with a buttery biscuit stacked with egg, smoked bacon, and smothered in creamy white blanco queso! 🤤

And of course, we’ve been slicing up that tender, juicy smoked brisket too!

Breakfast + BBQ = a pretty darn good way to start your weekend.

Come see us—what are you waiting for?!

Today was a special one. 🧡🔥

Texas School for the Deaf welcomed staff back to work today, and this year’s theme was “Legacy.”

It was truly an honor for Lotz of BBQ to serve the school that will always mean so much to me. TSD is my school, and now my son is part of the TSD community too. That makes today’s theme even more meaningful.

I built Lotz of BBQ with pride, joy, passion, and a desire to leave a legacy—not just through great Texas BBQ, but through our community and the people we serve.

TSD will always be a part of my story, and I’m proud that Lotz of BBQ can now be part of its story too.

Here’s to honoring where we came from, building something meaningful today, and seeing what the future brings. 🤟🔥

Legacy continues.
