Meet Moose! (I have been calling him Doofus and Moofus 🫣😂) who came to us unexpectedly on 03/27/24. We are told he is a little less than two years old, and he finds himself here after a change in his previous owners work schedule led him to very unselfishly look for a family that would have more time. We know how needy bulldogs are, and since someone is always home at our house, we welcomed him without a second thought. He is the sweetest, most loving dog I have ever met, and is completely unaware that he is ENORMOUS, as he wants nothing more than to curl up in your lap like he’s 5 lbs and not 75 😆 Lou was not super thrilled at first, but they are getting more and more comfortable every day. ❤️ #bulldog #Englishbulldog #bulldogsofinstagram #englishbulldogsofig #bulldogsofig #englishbulldogproblems #rescue #rescuedog #adoptdontshop #underbitesunite by @lou_skidoo
My name is Lulu, aka Lou, and I was born 01/04/2021. Because I am a special color, and I am very very small (I was bred to be a “mini bulldog” - I am fully grown at 35lbs) my breeder kept me, so that she could breed me too. After getting pregnant the first time, it was discovered that I had endometriosis, and couldn’t have puppies. Since I couldn’t make them any money, they gave me away, not once, but twice. The nice lady that took me the second time knew my new family had rescued bulldogs before, so asked if they would take me in, so I could have a good life. And how could they say no to this mug?!?? Now I’m living my best bulldog life, with a tiny human, and a giant fat cat named Norman, who is my best friend (he just hasn’t accepted it quite yet) #bulldog #bulldogsofinstagram #flatfacecrew #underbiteunite #englishbulldog #rescue #rescuedog #rescuedogsofinstagram by @lou_skidoo
I must run as fast as I can, or the poop might crawl back up my butt!!! (My mom says this is the equivalent of being afraid of the toilet flush) #bulldog #Englishbulldog #bulldogsofinstagram #englishbulldogsofig #bulldogsofig #englishbulldogproblems #rescue #rescuedog #adoptdontshop #underbitesunite by @lou_skidoo

The welcoming committee is so disappointed when the ring camera noise goes off but no one actually shows up to say hi. 😞 #bulldog #Englishbulldog #bulldogsofinstagram #englishbulldogsofig #bulldogsofig #englishbulldogproblems #rescue #rescuedog #adoptdontshop #underbitesunite by @lou_skidoo
