Pens are my friends! No AI, just feels and reals; plus reels. Star Wars, commissions and some politics creeping in. #loudonillustrator #etsyshopowner

George Lucas was the man in 1977. ...I was taking my first step into a larger world.

Alice rides a card in this cool design for Devil&Co. (Well I think it's cool, Judas Priest is also cool). Ink on paper, then Photoshopped for the colours. Happy 60th anniversary Star Trek, happy Star Trek day? I'd like to think it's always Star Trek day here.

Portrait of Spock on A4 paper, made with ink and brush. Was created for a friend's birthday a few years ago (Neil Makin).

An overly enthusiastic Princess Leia uses all kinds of foul-mouthed modern colloquialisms, whilst a frustrated Luke resists temptation.

Perhaps the Star Wars Patriarchy is overly sensitive or perhaps she just needs to relax before waging war?

A spoof of THAT famous Star Wars poster, drawn and inked by hand before being coloured digitally and animated using Photoshop frames. Gearing up for Inktober.

Don't like my art? Stay for the face melting guitar solo.

So, a few years ago I worked on a project with Joy Watson and Emma Smith in collab with Age UK Salford.

I helped refine a character called Mr. Alzheimer's and illustrated this awareness campaign for schools. Two of the postcards right here.

Was a great thing to work on.

"GET OVER Here!" 🦂⚽️ Witness my new hand-drawn illustration combining a legendary football moment with gaming culture. Iconic Mortal Kombat character, Scorpion, executes the famous scorpion kick obvs.

It is a traditional ink drawing tribute to the great Colombian goalkeeper René Higuita and his unforgettable 1995 Wembley Stadium match. Let me know what you think of this no-brainer in the comments below!

"Don't get so busy making a living, that you forget to make a life." 🦋✨A little reminder from the queen of country RIP.

Here is a time-lapse of my latest traditional drawing tribute to the legendary Dolly Parton. I hand-lettered one of her quotes alongside the portrait sketch and chucked ink at it like there's no tomorrow. Enjoy

Co-constructed a stage at Contact Theatre yesterday; assisting Stack Studio's very own Tom Mills. A white backdrop made of panels upon which projections are ...projected.

Made sense at the time.

A hand-drawn, ink on paper portrait of Princess Leia in an alternative timeline where she, rather than Luke is the main protagonist.

She doesn't mess around, pictured carrying Darth Vader's head, whilst alternative Yoda looks on.

Colours are digital.
