Can’t wait to get some warm weather photos of this one- Such a great project! Swipe for progress and before photos by @louisbanksdb

Before the leaves fall I want to share another photo of my shingle style / colonial exterior complete refacing. Swipe to see the before picture- Almost completed - waiting on the railing, bluestone fix, a vent cover here and there, and shutters. Such a joy to work through this project and have a client compliment my work and my team’s work constantly, despite having to live through it.

After —> Before of this Den - we maintained the wood paneling, painted it, added reclaimed wood flooring, built in dry bar, electrical and opened up the wall between dining and den (previously an exterior brick wall leading to the rest for the home). Love to make an old room feel fresh

OH CAPTAIN MY CAPTAIN! 🫡
A break from my design build photos - So proud of my guy and the entire @fcmirage 2014 Black team- after a rough season they ended on a high note of taking 2nd in the St. Louis soccer tournament last weekend. Overcame a monsoon on Saturday that was capped with a bullet ball to Brandon’s face that ended the game which was a comeback tie by Mirage who were down 3-0 and came roaring back to make it 3-3 for the final score. A tweaked ankle, and banged knees didn’t stop Brandon from cooking his opponents down the sidelines and providing through ball passes and crosses for goal scoring opportunities! That coupled with the lock down veteran teammate defenses got their team to the final! He wears that captains band with pride when given the opportunity and he(and we) couldn’t be happier! by @louisbanksdb

Gotta love seeing the wood floor go down in my Glenview remodel and addition - with the high ceilings, skylights, and 15’ wide slider from @weather_shield - this will be a perfect space. @rustic_flooring_inc @chicagopaintgroup

Swipe for the Before! The transition from the existing home to the new addition can sometimes seem boring with the old layout and lower ceiling height. But with the main hall axis re-organized, added trim details, reclaimed wood floors, interesting light fixtures and this amazing set of tall reclaimed full arch wood doors, my clients really celebrated the old home and made it sing!

A nice custom Venetian plaster hood with pot filler- this client knows their selections - an interior designer for sure. This home took a lot to complete in a very busy building period which presented its own set of challenges, but the results are amazing. A labor of love I could call it. I am anticipating more to post from this home because every room has been designed styled to cohesive perfection thanks to @jmaisiehome. Beautiful job!
