Double Everest. 17848m climbed, 289km travelled, 44 loops, 50h11min.

Still hard to process it all even after a few days, I’ve had this idea ever since I finished my single Everest 2 years ago, and all the stars lined up this weekend to make it happen.

The best weather, best bike, and of course the best crew who kept checking in on me, bringing food, and doing laps with me. There’s no way I would have completed this without them, forever grateful 🫶

It’s impossible to describe everything I went through during this ride, that’s why we are making a film about it, coming at the end of the year 👀

This one means a lot.

I always knew this was gonna be a special piece to make with the way the story unfolded. As time goes by I get more and more drawn to the emotions and small moments behind this sport, over the usual cool riding shots, and it’s a blessing to be front row capturing it all. Excited to be leaning into the storytelling avenue more in the future, and keep building 🫶

Not one to usually make posts like this, but huge thanks to everyone who showed up to the movie premiere of Heart Of Gold 💛

Growing up obsessing over mountain bike films on DVD I never thought I’d one day be making my own, yet here we are many years later. I could have never done this without @valihoell who shared the same vision of doing something different to the usual race films made these days, and let me run free with my ideas.

The film will be released on March 14th at 5PM on YouTube 🙃
