Sharing Ingredients Exhibition is an explosion of people’s stories, feelings and thoughts around food, body & identity. A way to connect with others through the intimacy of handwritten letters & the universal theme of food.

Here some feedback we received ❤️

“I was profoundly moved. The exhibition felt both incredibly vulnerable and immensely empowering.”
“I felt heart‑warmed and connected (...) Hearing the complex layers of how people relate to their bodies made me more comfortable in my own skin.”
“It was fantastic to live vicariously through people’s memories and views of themselves. I felt so close to them all.”

4-days , 111 visitors, 70+ participants from 3 UK cities, 7 organisations involved, 2 wrkshps during the weekend (@joeraudi) & loads of incredible food sponsors:

- best Peruvian restaurant in London (Rye Lane Market Peckham) - @chanchan.london
- real delicious chocolate from Ecuador - @rio_nuevo_chocolate
- Peruvian dessert Alfajores - @alfajorestea (delivery everywhere!)
- Chocotejas (you would love them) - @la_macarena_peruvianchocolate
- Mouthwatering vegan Peruvian catering - @conpasionperu

A while ago there was a very beautiful full moon and we all know very well that photographs of the moon often disappoint but my camera made it look special in its own way 🌕 taken in Barcelona, Spain by @louisecarpenedo
