Do you need life to be calm before you can train consistently? 👇🏽

This week on The Slay Podcast I dive into why waiting for the "perfect time" to train is keeping you trapped in the restart cycle.

Life isn't an interruption to your training. Life is the exact environment your routine has to learn to survive inside. Learn how to scale your habits, protect your baseline, and keep your momentum alive through the chaos. by @louisehazel

Do you feel like missing a week of workouts resets your fitness back to zero? 👇🏽

This week on The Slay Podcast we are challenging the all-or-nothing mindset that keeps women trapped in an endless cycle of restarts.

Saying you're starting over implies failure. Saying you're continuing honors the foundation you've already built. Trade the dramatic Monday resets for sustainable momentum that bends without breaking. by @louisehazel

Make it a half marathon… but women only!

Still can’t get over this weekend at Nike After Dark! If you’re seeing this, this is your sign to join a run club!!! If you ran this weekend then huge RESPECT I heard those hills were savage!! What was your favorite part? 👇🏽

Do the holidays completely derail your training routine? 👇🏽

This week on The Slay Podcast I dive into why we need to stop treating the end of the year like a waiting room for a "New Year, New You" reset.

Your body doesn't know it's Thanksgiving, and your muscles don't know it's Christmas. You don't need to spend October, November, and December undoing your hard work just so the fitness industry can sell it back to you in January. by @louisehazel

Comment APP and I’ll personally DM you a link to sign up for our new Slay APP so you can go into 2027 with more strength than ever before!!

If you just ran your first half marathon… the last thing I want you to do is stop running now that the challenge is complete! Swipe to read more…

Congratulations to all of my ADT sisters!! You did that 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

There are no words to describe last night at the Nike After Dark Tour in LA!!! ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥 and I didn’t think it could get better than last year but this year hit differently. It was intimate and it was personal!

I’m so grateful to the team and family over at @nikela for trusting me with a hot mic 🎤 ADT is by far my favorite night of the year! And I know how much work you’ve all poured into making it the biggest night in women’s running in the WORLD! Congrats team!!👏🏽👏🏽

I said last night that the last thing that NIKE ADT is about, is running. It’s so much more than that for women… it’s empowerment, it’s liberation, it’s self realization and it’s community! And we so need that right now!

I will be flooding your feed all week because there’s so much more to share!

Love you all and I hope you’re feeling proud of yourselves today!

Nike After Dark LA 13.1 is finally here!!! ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥🥹

14 weeks ago you signed up to take on 13.1 miles in Redondo Beach and in 24 hours over 12’000 of you will line up in the start line!

If you showed up to the Slay 5k series, to ADT kick off or to track nights then I want to say what an honor it has been to serve you!

The only thing left for you to do is SLAY!

Good luck! You’ve got this - you’ve always had it!

Coach Lou 🖤

And huge thanks to @nike @nikela @nikerunning for creating a space where WOMEN can own the night!!

How do you measure success on race day? 👇🏽

This week on the Slay Podcast I explain why why your finish time might actually be the least interesting thing about your half marathon, and why you deserve to celebrate regardless of what your watch tells you.

The clock only measures one performance on one day; it doesn't measure the mornings you showed up, the strength you built, or who you became in the process. When you cross that line, celebrate before you look at your watch. by @louisehazel
