Ahh . . . the unique flavour of NEWTOWN ✨Circle of Courage✨ @circleofcourage_events This was truly a ❤️‍🔥heart activation❤️‍🔥 gathering set inside the beautiful @flourmillspace , right in the heart of busy Sydney. A room full of courageous men and women showed up ready to step out of the busyness of everyday life.The invitation at these events is to be together in our humanness, let our masks drop away. 🙏To have space to reconnect with ourselves & to deeply see, hear and feel each other. Within such a short space of time, strangers in this room became a connected community. 💚The safety that was so quickly co-created in the room for honest, heartfelt sharing genuinely moved me. Watching guests soften, open and trust the process reminded me just how important spaces where we can be real. Shift old perspectives. And genuinely inspire each other. 🎸Sol Hartman’s music @solheartmanmusic was breathtaking. His voice gently settled all of our nervous systems in the room and created the foundation for gentle reflection and a turn inward.🔥Stephania’s @onespacelove @stephania.onespacelove courageous story was so powerful. Honest. Inspiring. Deeply moving. She held the room captivated. Wow 🥹This✨Circle of Courage✨was really special for many reasons: 💚It was hosted by one of my long-term coaching clients, @renaeblackmorepilates in her stunning Pilates studio nestled deep in nature. The @circleofcourage_events activation was intimate with a mix of gentle, peaceful & really potent transformative energy.❤️‍🔥Fifteen women arrived carrying hope, curiosity and a willingness to be courageous.Over the afternoon, I witnessed their faces & shoulders soften. Perspectives shift. Hearts cracking open. Fear beginning to lose its grip. By the end, the intoxicating energy of POSSIBILITY filled the room! 💚Sana-Well weaves their magical wellness cacao, green elixirs & organic tea + heart mugs into the experience- THANK YOU so much Paula Hannagan & Michelle DeVos @findyoursana ❤️‍🔥Together, we uncovered old fear based stories that had been keeping these women stuck in their lives and businesses. We reframed these old narratives replacing them with truth, possibility. Each guest choose & named courageous action + next steps to shift things for them after the event. 🌹So many shared that they were leaving feeling lighter, clearer and finally ready to take the step they’d been putting off for months. Some had shared they had been waiting for years.🥹THIS is why I share this work.And why I’m so committed to the mission of✨Circle of Courage✨.Every time you choose courage over fear, do you feel how something changes inside you?Know that when you choose courageously that impact ripples far beyond you. What an event! Have you ever considered yourself a courageous person?! I didn’t! Not because I’m humble but because I never thought anything I did was courageous. Yet through the circle of courage I realised I have lived with courage my whole life! Yet never acknowledged it! I was so accustomed to being judged by who I was and wore a rejection storey of never being enough to really wear a badge of courage! Yet as the walls come down the internal storey surfaces! Courage to face every day with a smile and positivity! Yes I had certainly faced many moments of courage in my life…yet never acknowledged as it’s just life?! Yet many would have made different decisions under those circumstances to cope. We all have courage every day yet sometimes we don’t see the strengths we have accumulated from that journey!
