really trying to find love in my dancing being again. i know i can dance. but i miss being naive at times. i miss being fearless, a risk taker. the lyrics to this music (no matter who sings it) always hit the same. my black body is a creature of the wind. shifting, carving, spiraling through the wind to ask the creator. "am i finally worthy of love?" idk when i got lost or even where... but i do know ill always have 10 toes, 2 legs, 2 arms, 10 fingers, 1 heart. 💕 by @louispearson4

BFC! y'all truly shut me up this weekend. (thank you 😅) had an amazing weekend at StarSystems as our first full company regional competition. nothing greater than seeing black and brown bodies conquering the stage. i'm so incredibly proud of my kids. you all are so beautiful and deserving. thank you for simply doing your job. to "Change=Suggested": WOW!! speechless. thank you for leaving it all on the marley. helping me achieve my First stand out educator award.this dance was for you and most importantly IS you! telling the stories TRUTHFULLY. it means a lot.. "how to feel wanted" - Deeply Rooted Summer Dance Intensive 2025 i created this ballet for this generation.as many of you know ive been teaching full time for about a year now. the biggest thing i noticed was the lack of confidence. so me being me.. i had to take the steps and possibly be the first to tell them they are beautiful, they can achieve, they are GREATER than any NEGATIVE thought in their mind. this wasn't an easy process at all for many reasons, but at the end of the day my girls conquered. they achieved and that's all i can ask for. to my beautiful girls i hope you all know that are loved and you have a purpose. keep shining. keep breaking barriers. i love yall 💕🤞🏾 •••i don't own copyrights to music#blackboyjoy #blackdance #Bradford4TheChoreo by @louispearson4
