First wellness event with @stillmovement.tx 🌟🌱

“wellness begins with stillness” taking time to reconnect with our bodies is so important. In a world where we are constantly on the go, constantly getting new information and constantly seeking the “new thing” we MUST take time to slow down and reconnect with our bodies. Ask yourself “what do I need to become a better version of me.”

Most importantly give gratitude for your body. Movement is a privilege 🌟 always take advantage of it.

Grateful for those that showed up and for the movement we shared together🌱
