All I needed was a wash day and trip to @ultabeauty and my back to school to-do list didn't seem as hectic. This was ironically right before my big chop, where I used this line up once prior (results at end). It remains one of the best choices of my life. Detachment from my hair taught me that life is exponentially better when expressing gratitude, not caring about unnecessary things, and overall trusting myself. I'm so excited for my hair growth journey🤗. Stay tuned!

A self date (no matter how big or small) will be a priority in every stage.. right now they’ve meant most to me. <3 Each one assesses and revamps a different version of myself. Cheers to the small parts of your twenties 🤍. We all start to live a bit more when we love ourselves into the people we’re becoming.

It's been just as exciting looking back as it is to keep moving forward. This was a year ago! That year for me was about being comfortable with being in the room, learning as I went and the patience in teaching. Starting with places of familiarity, these experiences helped me to build my confidence in my route to impacting healthcare. Please leave some tips/advice from your experiences. My first Pilates session! 🩷Pilates is no joke and I’d 10/10 do it again. I learned so much about teaching and coaching methods, mind-muscle connection and the longevity of Pilates on women’s health from @pilateswki . This class was made up of such beautiful and strong minded individuals, testing our ability one step at a time.
