some days you feel strong and capable, and other days you feel weary and stretched thin.. and both are part of being beautifully human. strength and tiredness can exist in the same season. give yourself permission to honor where you are today, without measuring yourself against where you think you “should” be.

trust that God is present in both the striving and the stillness. He is not disappointed in your pace. He walks with you in your growth 🌱, your setbacks, and your quiet in-between moments. extend yourself the same grace He so freely gives, and rest in the truth that you are held, even here and now. I love you friend, and Jesus loves you so much more ❤️

📍Orange Blossom Trail 🍊🥾(Redlands, CA)

is a 3.5-mile paved rail-trail converted from old Santa Fe and Southern Pacific railroad beds, it features a 2.5-mile western segment (California St to Alabama Ave) and a 1.3-mile eastern segment (Grove St to Wabash Ave). It is highly accessible for walking, cycling, and wheelchairs!

Key Details & Tips
* Trail Conditions: The path is mostly flat and unshaded. The surface is generally smooth asphalt, though some segments have cracks or need detours through city streets.
* Accessibility: Wheelchair-friendly and stroller-friendly. Dogs are allowed but must remain on a leash. 🐶🐾🦮
* POST RUN IDEA 💡: Visit a local matcha/ coffee shop! ☕️ My running buddies and I got to treat ourselves to a pick-me-up matcha 🍵+ take photobooth photo strips 🎞️ from @fireproofcoffee ! All still within walking distance btw!! 👀😌🙂‍↕️

Your mid-year reminder:

You were never created to change who you are just to be accepted by the world.

You were never called to shrink yourself to make others more comfortable.

Be yourself.

Stay true to who God created you to be.

BE YOU. 🫶🏼

That isn’t pride -it’s honoring the One who created you.

God fearfully and wonderfully made you (Psalm 139:14). Before you ever took your first breath, He intentionally designed every part of you with purpose, and He looked at His creation and said that you were worth bringing into this world 🌍

There is a light He placed inside of you that no one else can carry in the exact same way. The world doesn’t need another copy of someone else -it needs the unique person God created you to be.

So don’t hide your light. Don’t apologize for who God made you. Walk confidently in the identity He has given you, and let His love shine through you wherever you go! 🕯️🌅

happy 4th everyone! 🇺🇸❤️🩵🤍

i hope today is filled with rest, joy, laughter, and sweet moments shared with your family and loved ones 🫂

as we celebrate the freedom of our nation today, i’m also reminded of the far greater freedom that has been freely given to us through Jesus’ death and resurrection. because of His great love for us, He willingly gave His life so that we could be forgiven, redeemed, and made new. through Him, we are no longer bound by shame, fear, guilt, or sin, but invited to walk in the freedom of His grace and the gift of salvation.

today, my prayer is that we would simply rest in this beautiful truth. rest in the unwavering love of God. rest in the salvation that we could never earn but was freely given through Christ. rest in the freedom of knowing that we are fully known, fully loved, and forever His 🥺🫶🏼

our greatest freedom has never been found in our circumstances, achievements, or the things of this world.. it is found in Christ alone! and because we belong to Him, we can have peace in every season, knowing that nothing can ever separate us from His love. 🤍

happy independence day! 🎇💫 may today not only remind us of the freedoms we enjoy as a nation, but also of the eternal freedom we have been given through Jesus!! 🕊️

@intothehorizonmusicfest was truly a night to remember! probably the most FUNN & most freeing moments ive had in a while! 🪩🕺🏻💃🏻🌟😭🥺

i’m beyond grateful for these brothers—people i get to not only do life with, but genuinely enjoy life alongside. moments like these remind me that some of God’s sweetest gifts are the people He places in our lives and the memories we create together.

lately, i’ve been reflecting on how life was never meant to be lived only in survival mode (>.<) it was also meant to be celebrated!

life can be heavy. it can be exhausting. it can bring uncertainty, disappointment, and seasons where we’re simply trying to make it through the day.

but maybe that’s all the more reason to celebrate!

to pause.
to laugh.
to make memories.
to thank God for another day.
to embrace the people we love.
to express the joy He has placed within us.

i’ve always tried to look at life with a glass-half-full perspective rather than a glass-half-empty one. even then, i’d be lying if i said i don’t wrestle with racing thoughts sometimes:

“what’s next?”
“what is my future going to look like?”
“God, am i doing enough?”
“am i honoring You with my life?”

yet in the middle of all those questions, the Lord has been gently reminding me that i don’t have to have everything figured out.

He has never asked me to carry tomorrow—only to be faithful today. 🦾

my future isn’t held together by my own plans or striving; it’s held together by His faithful hands. the same God who has led me this far will continue to guide every step ahead. my responsibility isn’t to know every detail of what’s next —it’s simply to trust Him, walk with Him, and enjoy the life He has graciously given me along the way.

so here’s your reminder, just as much as it is mine:

celebrate the little moments.
laugh a little louder.
love the people around you deeply.
thank God often.
and don’t let the worries of tomorrow rob you of the joy that God has given you today!
