When your lunchbox doubles as a shield. Built to last through the mess, the play, and the everyday. 🤍 #earthandmaker by @love.miho
3 ways I take care of myself on vacation 1. I book an Airbnb with a full kitchen whenever we’re staying more than a few days. I love hotels, but having a kitchen helps us eat well and keep a little rhythm while we’re away. 2. I pack fresh fruit, snacks, and lunch before we head out. The Nourish Box comes with us everywhere. 3. I protect my skin every day. I’ve been reaching for @kokuasuncare because I love their clean ingredients, so I can enjoy long beach days knowing my skin is protected. The little rituals that help me come home feeling better than when I left✈️💙. 📍Wailea, Maui by @love.miho

day in the life- workday with mom.🤍 building a business while raising a son isn’t always easy, but I hope he grows up knowing that meaningful things are built one small, consistent step at a time. grateful for summer 2026. 🤍 by @love.miho
so much of my inspiration and creative work comes from spending time in nature. the colors, textures, and even the sounds of the elements reminds me of the beauty that exists all around us. i really believe when we are stressed, the earths little gift to us, is the ability to neutralize free radicals from our bodies to create harmony.🍃 by @love.miho
for the last year couple of years, i had the privilege of being a kindergarten teacher. this season of life really changed me and i will forever be grateful. it really taught me to slow down, to notice the beauty in the ordinary. the biggest work through it all was on myself- children have a way of showing you where you need to change and evolve. the moment we step up and be better, the children feel that energy and raise to that vibration you hold. it’s such a magical thing. although my teaching chapter comes to an end, the work is still the same. honoring these little light beings by taking care of the earth- the home we all get to live in, and by building a brand that spreads the message of nourishing our children and ourselves daily from the inside out. so so excited for this next chapter🩷 by @love.miho

a quick little reset at @ottine_mineral_springs 🤍 this season has been full, and somewhere along the way, i forgot how much i need stillness to return to myself, to be present, and to hear my intuition again. it’s in that quiet space where i truly find the inspiration to create freely.✨ by @love.miho
