Showcasing a townhouse lawn. Fresh cut lawn front and back . Here are the before and after photos. Price range $25 the least and $45 MAX. Takes me about 20 minutes max to complete this lawn. Now listen, if you have 3 clients with lawns just like these. You charge them accordingly to their lawn and those 3 lawns take you about 20 minutes each. You could potentially get 3 lawns done in one hour. In my world thats about $120 IN ONE HOUR! Crazy right!? 1 hour worth of work and you’re already looking at about $120. Listen everyone can cut lawns, but it really comes down to how good you can make these lawns look. Cut down small tree and chopped up bush , cleaned up the front of the property , potential price range $150 the lowest and about $250 MAX , took me and @chrispearlinn about 3-5 hours max to complete the job

Treat your clients well , dont charge your clients so much starting off. Build that relationship and good trust with your clients. Lots of people cut grass , cut trees etc .
