Getting to shoot 335 Highland was a total dream. The architecture is so stunning I discovered even more details while editing!
I got to spend a few hours during morning light and evening light exploring every single corner, obsessing over the details, and basically trying to figure out how I could legally move in. From the way the indoor spaces blend into the outdoors to the flawless modern lines, this place is pure eye candy for a photographer.
Consider this my official love letter to brilliant design. Swipe to see a few of my favorite spots! Realtor: @benandjuice / Staging: @loveandstaging

Good house in Rockridge! Close to all the shops, restaurants, and Kevin. 🐦

Pending with multiple offers. For the magical @bahnsonisaacsgroup

I hand carried the flowers from Trader Joe’s. How is that for walkable?

Up in the trees feeling.

I’ve gotten so much mileage out of the surfer sheets from West Elm Kids.

The wallpaper! 😭

Love the dining room.

Art is by @webster.street and is for sale! I used two Aly pieces in this listing and I am so happy with how it turned out.

Realtors spend all year dressing up listings.
October is our turn.

Unfortunately, these were the options.

Which one are you wearing? 😂

Welcome to the latest collaborative project between Love and Staging + Fluent in Home.
Anne Culbertson and I so firmly believe that staging should provide memorable takeaways and not fade into the background. Her craving to ensconce each listing with not just color, but thoughtful bursts of color made from beautiful fabrics, energized her to make every pillow, table runner, napkin and drink coaster in the house.

I also provided a heap of Razzle Dazzle, with structural live plants, my favorite estate sale finds, a big moving truck full of furniture and the best team ever.

I love my partner in style and I will never forget this house: 1009 Havens Place. Listed by @anneculbertsonhome

The family room downstairs might be my favorite. It’s huge! With storage to spare and sliders taking you out into the back yard. A peek of another favorite pillow fabric from @fluentinhome, in show stopping orange on the corner of the couch.

The. Views.

High ceilings. Gorgeous views. Two big matching CB2 couches which needed many @fluentinhome pillows in greens and greys.

Those dining chairs, am I right? More of the incredible view.

This is a house for parties and entertaining. Gorgeous napkins and coasters for the barcart by @fluentinhome

@fluentinhome outdoor pillows, my latest obsession!

@fluentinhome kitchen towels. One of my favorite cookbooks.

I made the cover of the brochure. #almostfamous

@joannestreet_realestate captured this photo when she visited and I am so grateful. I love her eye! We staged the workshop mindfully with old tools and my favorite vintage lamp. We wanted it to match the house. I fell in love with it! Also zoom in on that terrazzo plant saucer from @westbraenurserycoop!

The gourd variety is Mac & Cheese! The kitchen is such perfection. No “sea of the same “ here. I spent way too much time obsessing over which gourds to place in a big wood bowl there.

The colorful dresser has been in the house since the 70’s. The pop pillow in the front, is my new favorite, from @fluentinhome. The pillow covers behind it are also Fluent in Home! I bought a new uke for the flex.

Curvy bodies, curvy plants!

This. Pillow. I just want to stare at it! Made by @flue taken in El Cerrito CA by @loveandstaging
