Spongebob has been the most insane show I’ve ever done in my life. It was also one of the most fun and exciting shows I’ve ever done. This was the first show I’ve ever choreographed and I’m so proud to say I did it with my best friend @edenbyheart ! We literally started choreographing as soon as the musical was announced and I’m so happy with how it turned out! I’m also so proud of Eden because she was literally THE Spongebob!! She also choreographed that amazing tap number and is such a good teacher. This is also the first show that I’ve fully designed and made my costume for! I made my entire top out of EVA foam, hot glue, and a dream😭 This was also probably one of my biggest projects as head of paint crew and I’m so proud of everyone in paint crew for making the sunken ship come to life! I had the privilege of playing Karen the Computer and this role was so different from what I’m used to. Being in a very comedic/villain role rather than a dramatic protagonist was a major shift and I learned so many new things that I think will help a lot with my future productions. And overall I had SO MUCH FUN! I’m so so incredibly proud of partner in crime, @adam_derise for all the hard work he’s put into the role of Plankton. Like seriously he has put so much time and effort into perfecting his character and I couldn’t be more proud. I want to give a shout out to this year’s Thespian Officer board @earthmovre @brookeworm9 @prettyf5ve @edenbyheart @kyle.k5531 @louisbowring @rayden3204 who has really shown out with this show with learning ALL the music, helping with props, promotional videos and building the set whenever we needed help. I’m so incredibly proud and grateful for you guys! I also want to shout out all the OU students who attended our show on Saturday 💛🖤 You guys are all SO SO incredibly talented and I really appreciated seeing you! Every single day I get more and more excited to be in a department with you guys because you’re all so insanely supportive and sweet. I’m so glad I got to do my last high school musical with such an amazing group of people🩷 This is Karen The Computer officially signing off 🤖 Ready for the next show! by @lovechloed
