The second I saw this light fixture at market (years ago) I knew I had to find the right project for it, and it did not disappoint @hubbardtonforge Custom made to span all three stories of the staircase and it’s even better in person.

I’m a firm believer in investing in good lighting, once you experience the difference there’s no going back. It affects your mood, your mindset, and so much more.

Shoutout to my friend @stepsofstyle for the last min save, this stunning dress from her INCREDIBLE store @shopblackbirdcollection @tallermarmo

Bathrooms are where your day begins and ends. And let’s be real… daily routines aren’t as glamorous as they look on social media. Your environment directly regulates your nervous system, and how a space is designed changes your heart rate, stress levels, and mood. Creating spaces where so much life happens is why we love this work 🫧🛀

We first renovated this home 3 years ago, and now we’re back to elevate its value, energy efficiency and longevity ✨
We chose the Marvin Ultimate series for all the windows and sliding patio doors, with installation expertly performed by @windurakansascity
As a @themarvinbrand certified installation retailer in Overland Park, KS, they use full time, expert installers. Windura made everything simple and stress free 🙌

(But it gets better 🥳) because of our incredible experience with the window and door replacement, this November, a dream I’ve had since I first stepped foot in this house in 2021 is finally becoming reality. Stay tuned for the reveal of the biggest custom front door Marvin and Windura have EVER crafted!
