it’s weird hearing a song that came from one of the loneliest and most confusing periods of my life transform into something that feels alive.

there’s a version of me from years ago that would’ve never believed this moment was real. i spent so much time overthinking, hiding, restarting, doubting myself, almost giving up on music completely… and somehow i still ended up here.

i think the scariest part about releasing music is knowing people are hearing pieces of your real life hidden between melodies and production.

everything is changing lately. me included.

over the summer, i hit a wall. i got so depressed that i almost walked away from music for good. i felt like i’d wasted my time, and i stopped believing in myself.

but i’m creative down to my core, and music has a way of hunting me down. there’s a force that won’t let me quit. i realize now how close i am to a breakthrough and i have to know what happens if i just keep going. i’m destined for more than an average life. i’m creating my own reality.

let’s see what happens when i don’t stop.

here is a snippet of my song, “The Fool.” this track is about being blindsided by someone you never thought would hurt you. it’s for anyone who has dealt with that cycle of someone coming back just to leave again… the lies, the “i’ll be there for you,” and the moment you realize you were the only one who cared.

this breakup shattered me, but it also made me.
