🦁The 6 year work in Progress…
Can’t believe I started this so long ago and it's still so far from finished.😑 I tinker with it for a week then shelve it for a year as I’m always multitasking projects. Then craving to do something fresh when a commission is wrapped up. The weird plus side of that is I digest what I see here over time and see everything wrong with its current direction. So This beast is getting a big overhaul and will look wayyy better than what you see here.🤞🏻Pretty much everything here is getting some fresh paint love. I feel I’ve learnt so much the last and would approach this one so differently now.👨🏻‍🎨 Going to do standard size prints and prints 1 meter squared (The same size as the painting)👍🏻 6 years worth of energy about to be unleashed in June! Raawwwrrr!!🦁 🚨P.S I’ve got something special coming in the next couple of days for my content starved Youtube subscribers. 👀

Stay safe and have an amazing weekend💛 🚨SPECIAL OFFER! Buy any 2 prints and get one free! Add the 3 prints of your choice and use discount code *LOVELL342* at checkout! 😉

SWIPE!⬅️👀
Sketchbook Throwback!🚨
Here’s a bunch of pencil and ink pieces from the last 10 years! This past decade has been such a blur. I don’t even remember doing most of these as I was multitasking so many projects at once. I do miss working with pencil and ink, I’ve become obsessed with the idea of fully painted large canvas paintings in baroque frames and that’s where my energy is atm. However, my pencil itch is growing so I’ll be doing some more around the paintings very soon.

For those wondering, my ‘Solstice’ painting is nearly finished! I had to rework an area of it which has delayed its release. ☀️
Stay tuned she’s coming any day now! ⏰

⚔️SKETCH CARDS!🔥
Available… soooonish. 🫠
So a few years back I did some card art for @wizards_magic #Kaldheim
I’ve been sitting on these for a few years, but finally, I’ll be adding them asap to my online store. 💫
Back in 2021 a lovely chap called Tony sent me some cards to sign and illustrate. (Before I even received my batch of cards from Wizards of the Coast!)
This here, is the only ones I have signed and sketched on so far.
If you want to get a card signed or illustrated by me, be sure to join my mailing list through my website or keep an eye on my socials.👁
This here is a typical example of the type of art I would like to do on the cards, but I’m open to your ideas!
These will be a first come first served kinda deal, so I’m happy to put down names etc to reserve.🫶🏻

Hope you enjoy! Doing my best to keep my word on a weekly post!😅💝 taken in Wells, Somerset by @lovellart

INSTAGRAM!!! It’s been a while!
Can’t believe its been nearly 6 months since I was last active on here.😳🥀
Firstly… WELCOME! Recently I moved into this new studio space. I’m currently moving all my stuff in so its feels a bit more like a creative environment. Looking forward to getting settled and focussed so I can actually finish paintings! 🤯
Secondly…Thank you to those who have been reaching out and checking in on me. All two of you! 🥲 Tbh I have been going through a lot lately, way too complex and unnecessary to put on an insta post, but what I will say is, mental health is a very complex thing.🧠😵‍💫 I ended last year in a state of utter burn out which led me to a nervous breakdown... Which was fun! Oddly necessary and absolutely inevitable with my crazy work routines. Throw in two months straight of zero sleep insomnia, hating all my artwork and reworking everything to the point of insanity. Jeez, I spread myself so thin.💀

It was so weird, my mind state made it almost impossible to bring myself to even post a story on socials, it felt so overwhelming. Maybe because I knew It wouldn’t have been authentic or I just felt so far from myself it was impossible.
This weird journey has led me to a few realisations though. One thing I REALLY want to do is be of service to other artists and creatives. Being an artist is a lonely career for most, so much time spent alone tinkering away on things. Yes I love it, but I could make it so much more fun for myself and you. There's many things I want to explore in this area, from tuition to experiences and content making. I’ve partnered with some amazing companies and platforms to bring you deep into my creative world (The fun aspects!)😅Announcements coming soon!

I’m very thankful for everyone who has stuck around and still has an interest in what I do.🌹
Although I've been quiet, I’ve still been super busy. So stay tuned for some fresh art adventures in my new surroundings!

🚨ALSO! I have made a TELEGRAM account, so I can hopefully escape the algorithm and the people who want to see my posts will be up to date with everything on there. LINK IN MY BIO!
