We were the generation that learned to just… keep going.

No debrief.
No therapy.
No “How are you feeling?”
Just, “Okay class, open your math books.”

Maybe that’s why we’re so resilient.
Maybe that’s why we’re a little sarcastic.
Maybe it’s both.

Who else remembers watching this at school? 🚀💔

Is it just me or #midlife ?!😅

Well, hi 👋 It felt like time for a proper reintroduction.

Twenty years ago I was a scared woman with no confidence, terrified to speak in front of people. God has used every season since then, the hard ones and the beautiful ones, to grow me into who I am today.

I’ve walked through financial hardship, my mom’s battle with cancer, and my own BRCA journey. And through all of it, my faith never wavered.

Now I get to help women in midlife feel healthy, confident, and like themselves again… while building an income from home.

If you’re a woman who’s tired of putting herself last, you’re in the right place. 🤍

It starts out being about how you look, but somewhere along the way, it becomes about so much more.

Your strength. Your mindset. Your confidence. Your discipline. And realizing just how good it feels to show up for yourself.

At 56, my goal isn’t just to look good. I want to FEEL good, stay strong, healthy, and active for decades to come! I want to be able to travel, enjoy life to the fullest, and one day run around with my future grandkids! 🥰

What starts as a workout becomes a lifestyle. And that’s where the real transformation happens! ✨

So here’s a question for you…are you taking care of your body today for the life you want to live 10, 20, or even 30 years from now?🩷💪 by @lovelleaugustine

Take me back!!🌴☀️ A little late sharing, but still dreaming about our incredible trip to Cap Cana in the DR! The resort was soooo beautiful, the service was some of the best we’ve ever experienced, and the staff couldn’t have been more gracious, kind, and welcoming!🥹 We had the best time with the best people! So grateful for all the friendships, memories made, and experiences this business continues to bring into our lives! Thank you, Arbonne! 🫶🩷

GEN X WOMEN… we’ve officially entered our “that sounds like a YOU problem” era. 😂👑

And at 56, I have to say… I’m loving it.

We were raised to figure things out.

No Google. No YouTube tutorials. No asking someone else to handle it.

We just DID. 👏

Then we spent the next 30+ years being the woman who remembered EVERYTHING.

The appointments. The birthdays. The schedules. The groceries. The things nobody else even noticed needed to be done. 🙃

And somewhere between raising families, building careers, and keeping everyone alive… we became the default problem solvers.

But something magical happens after 50.

You realize that just because you CAN handle everything doesn’t mean you HAVE to.

Not every problem needs my solution.

Not every situation deserves my energy.

And not every fire is mine to put out. 🔥😂

I’m still that strong, independent Gen X woman who can figure out just about anything.

I’ve just gotten a whole lot better at deciding what’s actually worth figuring out. 👑

And THAT might be my favorite part of this chapter.

Tell me, Gen X ladies… have you entered your “not my circus, not my monkeys” era yet? 😂👇

GEN X WOMEN… ❤️

Remember when it was just the two of you? Before the kids, the careers, the bills, the endless schedules, and all the beautiful chaos of building a life together?

Somewhere along the way, you went from being boyfriend and girlfriend to Mom and Dad… and life got BUSY.

But then something pretty amazing happens. 🥹

The kids get older. The schedules slow down. And suddenly, you find yourselves making dinner reservations, planning trips, going to concerts, laughing at the same ridiculous things… and dating each other all over again. ❤️

And at 56, I’m realizing something…

This chapter of life isn’t the beginning of slowing down. It might just be the beginning of the BEST part. 🥂

A little older. A lot wiser. And still choosing each other.

Tell me, Gen X ladies… are you dating your husband again, or are you still in the thick of raising kids? 👇❤️

Gen X age math: old enough to know better, young enough to reject the actual number. 😂

If you need me, I’ll be 39 until further notice. 💅🏼 by @lovelleaugustine

I’m 56. And I have absolutely ZERO interest in being 30 again. 🤍

But feeling strong, energized, confident, and still living my BEST life at 70, 80, and beyond?

THAT is the goal. 💃

Because getting older is inevitable. But how we take care of ourselves along the way? That matters.

And after 56 years, I’ve learned that the things that make the biggest difference aren’t always the fancy, expensive, or complicated ones.

They’re actually pretty boring. 😂

Here are 3 habits I refuse to skip:

🌙 1. I protect my sleep.
I’ve learned that running on empty isn’t a badge of honor. A consistent bedtime and quality rest are priorities, not luxuries.

🚶‍♀️ 2. I move my body every single day.
Sometimes it’s a workout. Sometimes it’s a simple 15-minute walk after dinner. It doesn’t have to be intense to count. Consistency wins.

💪 3. I prioritize strength training.
Because I don’t just want to LOOK good as I age. I want to carry my own groceries, get up off the floor, travel the world, dance with my girlfriends, and keep up with life without slowing down.

And one more thing…

I’ve become much more intentional about what I put INTO my body, too.

My morning wellness routine, its one of the ways I invest in myself. It’s an addition to the basics, not a replacement for them.

Because I’m not chasing younger.

I’m chasing MORE LIFE. More energy. More memories. More years of doing the things I love. ❤️

And I have no intention of becoming the woman who says, “I’m too old for that.”

Not at 56. Not at 70. And hopefully not at 90. 😉

💌 Comment GLOW and I’ll share my simple morning wellness routine

A 3am wake-up call isn’t so bad when you’re headed to Punta Cana! ✈️🌴☀️ We’re off for another Arbonne incentive trip and I’m feeling so super grateful!🩷

When I started my Arbonne business, I had no idea how many amazing people it would bring into my life or how many incredible experiences we would get to enjoy along the way. What started as a love for the products and a desire to help others live healthier, happier lives has turned into so much more than I ever imagined!🥰

None of this would be possible without the incredible people who have supported my business over the years.🤗🩷 A huge THANK YOU to my clients for trusting me, supporting my business, and allowing me to be part of your health and wellness journeys. Whether you’ve been with me for years or just recently started using Arbonne, please know how much I appreciate you!

And to my amazing team, thank you for being part of this journey with me! I’m so grateful for the friendships we’ve built, the lives we’ve touched, and the memories we’ve made together. One of my favorite parts of these trips is celebrating alongside friends and teammates, and I would LOVE to have even more of our team joining us next year! 🎉

I’m so thankful I said YES to this opportunity all those years ago, but even more thankful for the people God has placed in my life because of it.☺️Feeling incredibly blessed and grateful and can’t wait to celebrate with everyone in Punta Cana!🌴☀️🥂 by @lovelleaugustine

HIT THAT FOLLOW BUTTON👋🏽

In my head, I’m still 25. 💃🏼

My birth certificate says 56.

My knees say 85.

And my hormones? Apparently, they’ve decided to retire without giving me any notice. 😂

The funny thing about midlife is that nobody tells you your brain and your body will eventually start living in two completely different decades.

Mentally, I’m still the girl who could stay out until 2 AM, dance all night, and function perfectly fine the next morning.

Physically? I can sleep wrong and need three business days to recover. 💀

But here’s the thing…

I wouldn’t trade the confidence, wisdom, or freedom that comes with this chapter for anything.

I just wish my joints and hormones would get on board. 😂

Gen X ladies, please tell me I’m not alone! What age are YOU in your head? 👇

And send this to the girlfriend who is still 25 mentally but makes noises every time she gets off the couch. 🤣❤️
