I’m not quite ready to pull out Christmas decorations just yet but I’m ready to switch things up a little.

Since we purchased acres in the woods, I thought… why not create a little woodland winter wonderland before I start decorating for Christmas?🌲🤍

I looked for a made up word to describe a cozy, woodsy, fall meets winter vibe, and here’s what I came up with: Mossember. 🍄‍🟫🌲🍂

Earthy tones, chilly mornings, cozy textures, and a little woodland magic. Not quite fall, not quite Christmas... just a little something in between.
And that is exactly what I will work on doing this weekend.☁️🌲

We did it!!!! 👏🏼🥂
I want to take a moment to thank my amazing agent, Sal, for everything he did for us. We truly couldn’t have chosen a better person to guide us through the process of selling our home—and for putting up with me every step of the way!

Thank you for helping us find the perfect piece of land where my hubby and I can grow old together. My heart is filled with so many emotions as we close one chapter and begin another. We can’t wait to start working on our new land and build our forever home.

First and foremost, I want to thank the Lord for taking charge throughout this process and for His guidance every step of the way.
I also want to thank my real estate agent, Sal @anzuresrealty for his support and confidence in telling us our home would sell within two weeks. With God’s help, everything came together, and received a contract within that time frame.
I’m truly grateful for how it all unfolded.🙏🏼

Well, good morning, my Insta lovelies! ☀️🤍

I had previously shared with you all lovely friends who have been following for years on @lovelylpzhome , my hubby and I felt it was time to downsize.

We listed our lovely home and in less than two weeks, we received an offer and a signed contract. We are so grateful to God for how everything has fallen into place.

While we’re not exactly sure what the next chapter holds, we’re embracing this new season with faith, excitement, and gratitude.
Here is a small glimpse of our temporary tiny new “lovely home.” 🏠
