A hawk flew next to me as I went across a bridge, deep into the canyon, on my way to a session 🦅✨ and when I left they were flying overhead. So magical and sacred their medicine 💕 #higherperspective #hawkmedicine #aligned #flow by @lovemeditations

We pulled cards, and planned some actions along with our intentions for the moon cycle, sharing with a the person next to us to amplify and open our hearts to it 🌹 The new moon was in Gemini ♊️ so intentions about relationships, including our relationship with ourselves, communication and love, loving ourselves and others 💕 Then relaxing into a guided meditation with reiki, some lovely sound and ending with more reiki ✨ Love doing these groups, people show up ready to receive with open hearts and beautiful light 🌟 taken in Behind the Lids Healing Collective by @lovemeditations
