Every successful leader builds a dominant archetype (i.e a personality, identity, style, or systematic approach of leading and decision making)

This helps create momentum and build influence in your respective fields. Over time, the dominant archetype becomes predictable.

Now, while predictability can be a good thing, aiding recognition and required expectations, it can become a leaders greatest flaws when the stakes are higher.

How?

• Oppositions become familiar with your system, and of course they’ll splurge on that weakness. You lose your leverage at high level conversations because they can read ‘your hand’

• Repetition, while this builds brands, can quickly fade out. Reducing a leader’s relevance and influence.

Here’s my solution:

The Repressed Archetype Method by Love Paul identifies repressed Archetypes within you, giving you a strategic leverage in higher stakes rooms, making your moves harder to predict, read or analyze.

This method as featured in this article boosts positive outcomes in high stakes rooms by 62%

Adaptability is founded on this method and your success as a leader depends on this skill. Follow now to learn more

Some of the things I’d struggled with coming up was self doubt, imposter syndrome and a false sense of humility.

At a point, having no accomplishment felt noble because I was sacrificing my voice to be “good” but, beneath the calm dysfunction, was tension I couldn’t explain.

While I forced myself to be content having no path, and quietly sit back, I was deeply frustrated watching decisions around me get made that I knew were going to end badly.

I felt the urge to steer. Stronger than my need to breathe. Strong leaders entranced me. The pull of leadership was stronger than my “humility”

This led me to discovering the phenomenon that I now call “Repressed leadership”

If for unknown reason, you feel pulled towards wielding power, direction and foresight, yet you’ve been trained to stay “humble” or trained to operate a certain way, you’ve found the name; Repressed leadership.

Now, using a method I created, called The Repressed Archetype Method, I’ll guide you to unlearning behaviors intended to keep you small, predictable and underestimated.

Leadership does not operate universally as we are sold. It could be in adapting, instructing, observing.

Here, you find the guide you need to be an uncommon leader using the tools you already possess. Unknown to you.

Here, you build leverage that helps you perform in high-stakes environments.

This feature recognizes my mission and it’s only the beginning of my purpose
