Huge news! The @hollandandbarrett Marketplace just got a massive upgrade - LoveRaw is officially live online!
Find all three spreads and both M:lk & White Choc Wafer Bars ready to hijack your next basket (cups are landing soon….) 🛒

But let’s be honest, we look way too good to be kept off the physical shelves. Drop a 🍫, tag @hollandandbarrett below, and tell them it’s time to make room in the aisles! 👇 by @loveraw

Summer might be officially winding down, but we refuse to follow seasonal food rules💅 You don’t need an ice cream maker to make this - just a jar of Pistachio Bliss and zero plans for the evening✨

What You Need (Makes ~600g)
1 jar LoveRaw Pistachio Bliss Spread (plus extra for drizzling)
300ml coconut milk
A pinch of salt
2-3 tbsp sugar
70g peeled pistachios
Rose petals to garnish (because we fancy 💅)

The Method
✔️Whisk the full jar of Pistachio Spread and coconut milk in a glass dish until perfectly smooth.
✔️Pop it in the freezer. (Pro tip: blend it 1-2 times while freezing for an ultra-silky texture).
✔️Caramelize the sugar in a pan, toss in the pistachios, and spread on baking paper to cool. Once set, chop them up into sweet, crunchy clusters.
✔️When the ice cream is almost totally frozen, drizzle heavily with extra Pistachio Spread and your caramelized nuts.
✔️Freeze for 30 more minutes. Scoop and serve with a sprinkle of rose petals.
