POSTS STORIES REELS

Hi! Welcome to my page!

I’m Tricia, and I am the founder and designer at Loverly Things Design Co.
I have always loved reading books and escaping into the worlds authors create. I loved visiting and once thought I would be an author myself. Honestly, I still might one day, but for now I decided I wanted to start something fun and exciting.

I am curvy, sassy, and an omnivert, and I can’t believe I am doing this.

But here I am, trying, and saying hey! Let's make some stuff.

No Cap, For Real Real.

Loverly Things was born while I was getting my graphic design degree. I have designed websites and helped some small businesses. But now…I have waited a couple of years, and that spark, that dream of thinking that I could make the things in my head a reality, turned into a flame.

Then my mom passed. It’s been a year now, and I still can’t believe she is gone.

I still wish I could talk to her about all these things that I want to do. Talk to her about my daughter and how being a single mom is kicking my butt. But at the same time, I know my mom wouldn't want to keep waiting. My daughter can’t keep on waiting for me to get it together.

So here I am; this is my dream, baby. And I really can’t wait to see what I can do. I can’t wait to build this court, and I can’t wait to meet all of you and hope it speaks to you as it speaks to me.

Well, Mosslings.

You are cordially invited to join

The Court of Loverly Things.

Chapter One.

After a lot of dreaming, sketching, redesigning, overthinking, and starting over… Loverly Things Design Co. is finally stepping into the world.

Whimsical design, thoughtful branding, and a little bit of fairy-tale energy live here.

I can’t wait to share what’s coming next. #whimsy #bookish #smallbusinesslove #womanowned #cottagecoreaesthetic by @loverlythingsdesignco

(P.S. please forgive my typo on slide 3, it is Amanda Leigh Cobb, she is a queen that deserves all of her letters and I am sorry for this rookie mistake!) Okay, I did my favorite female authors but I have to shout out my favorite female narrators. Especially with everything going on in the world women need to stand with women. It has been said before and it needs to be said again, women don’t get nearly as much attention in this space as a man would. Don’t get me wrong I love the base of a male voice to tickle to my ear holes… especially you Will Thorne and others… but there are so many talented women and we need to keep talking about it. Audio is reading, women are just as amazing in this space, and we need to keep shouting it to the sky! Don’t let Becky ruin your listening vibes! Who doesn’t get shouted out enough? Let me know in the comments. Also tagging the authors of these fabulous books without them there is no them! Thank you for allowing us into your worlds! #audiobookstagram #audioisreading #womensupportingwomen by @loverlythingsdesignco

As a millennial mom, finding time to stop and read a book on most days is not really an option. But throw on some epic fantasy in one ear bud I am able to function just a little bit better. All the authors in this group are amazing at morally grey shadow daddies, adventure that keeps you pulled in way past bed time. Which is earlier and earlier every day. And to top it off, the romance is sizzling and worth the wait! So while I can’t erase my memories I can sell shirts! New store opening soon! #smallbusinessowner #womanownedsmallbusiness #epicfantasy by @loverlythingsdesignco

Let’s be real, the outside world has terrible world building, zero dragons, and way too many people asking me to leave the house.

That’s exactly why I’m building Loverly Things Design Co. Consider this your official invitation to the court.

We specialize in size inclusive, super cozy comfort wears for the Fae Court baddies who prefer to orchestrate mischief entirely from the comfort of their own couch.

Loverly Things is not officially open yet, but my samples are on the way, and I can’t tell you how excited I am for you all to feast your eyes on them!

I’m like a tulip fairy witnessing the first bloom of the season!!! Okay… that was lame, sorry. Long story, the plot is plotting and it will be here soon.

Until then, I hope you stick around for the chaos, cause it will be fun!

Okay, inquiring minds want to know… are we team Unseelie or team Seelie. Looking at you @blackholly fans! Let me know down below!
