The Dinner ✨

For a long time, I’d always imagined sitting all together at one table. It’s unlikely that we’ll ever have this exact group of people in one place again, so we wanted it to feel as much like an intimate, family dinner as possible. And it was perfect - a beautiful dinner with beautiful people, under the stars.

The Ceremony

Our ceremony was everything we hoped it would be: intimate, personal, and filled with love.

We stood surrounded by the people who’ve shaped our story, with Nathan’s brother @kileleproject officiating and our community blessing our rings before we exchanged them. Every part of it felt intentional, from the words spoken to the quiet moments we shared with our people.

The Night Before🥂

It was so special to have all of our guests come together on the first night of the weekend to kick off the celebrations! Everyone got to reunite with old friends or make new ones and it was Nathan’s and my first chance to really see the perfect group of people who had gathered to celebrate with us, all in one place.

Cheers to wedding season!

I have been photographing weddings for over a decade now. Last year I thought, why not give all these stories their own little home? So I created @lovestoriesmatter… and then life happened haha.

But here we are in the middle of wedding season again, and I keep thinking about what makes this work so special to me.

Before there’s a wedding, there’s a story:
Two people had to meet. Out of all the people in the world, their paths crossed at just the right moment - maybe against all odds. Maybe from different countries, different worlds - but somehow, here they are, starting a new chapter together, deciding that moment is worth remembering.

Every love has a story

This day of love seemed like the perfect occasion to launch a new Instagram account in celebration of exactly that: stories on, of & about love. The one thing our world could use more of?

I’ve been documenting those (stories) for more than a decade now but they never really had their own space. So here’s to all those moments in life that are born out of love: engagements, weddings, anniversaries and the beautiful journey of becoming a family.
