Hispanic Heritage Month is nearly upon us 🇲🇽 So we thought it’d be a good time for an ingredient spotlight: Rosita de cacao 🌸

We source our rosita de cacao, a truly special flower with a history that far pre-dates us, from Zapotec families in Teotitlán del Valle. Each flower is wild-harvested by hand and sun-dried before making their way into our goods.

We use them in our Mexican Moon Bath, where those little white flowers release their warm, sweet, slightly spicy fragrance into the water.

Running a small business wouldn’t be worth it to us if we couldn’t choose to source on a hyper personal level like this. Thankful to be able to choose the families we source from that have been doing it for genesis 💗 by @lovewilddesign

If I’ve seen you recently, it’s very likely I’ve shoved a Glow Polish in your hand. The exfoliant I have been so enthralled with lately. Tepezcohuite was my first form of postpartum self care. Despite feeling nervous to even stand in the shower, let alone use any products when everything was so raw, massaging little circles of magic bark felt like a pause that was very much needed. No need to be fresh from birth, its nourishment is absolutely for everyone. by @lovewilddesign
