WOMAN

Woman, you’re a portal between realms
A vessel for a soul to experience a human life
More than somebody’s wife

Nurturers, carers
The list could go on forever
With all the things that you hold
It’s easy to see how you hold it together

Woman, my thoughts hold you higher
But my actions never really held you there
They were never really holding myself
I was unprepared

just running on lust
Or what i thought of as love
I didn’t Honour myself
So you couldn’t trust
In us, in me

Just allow my apology
To be actions, honestly

I didn’t see my role as your reflection
Doing what I want
But Wanting you to remain sacred
Sounds like manipulation

Through all this distortion, I now see
the power of your flower

A kings paradise
In his finest or darkest hour

Woman, Ask yourself how many are worthy..
To access you in your power?

And does he pour love into..
the parts of you..
That ain’t easy but
You’ve been working through

Woman, you do you
It’s your life
but should a man that’s only there to visit
Get to intertwine with your spirit?
It’s always deeper than the surface

Woman, you opening up in anyway
Is a privilege. Is he in love with your soul or in love with your image?

Does he hide in your essence to escape his own presence?

Just asking the questions
I want you to see your a blessing

If these walls could talk they would say as men we’re moving mad. Most of what I thought a man was suppose to be about or even what I had thought was normal for us, doesn’t feel right anymore. We actually looking weak out here if I’m honest. Although it’s partly conditioning and lack of knowledge. There is no excuse for us to not do the work. Respect to those that are. Discipline and honour for self, will help us carry it for everybody else. Protect your chi ✌🏾 by @lovewin._
