National suicide prevention month 🤍

As a survivor of more than 12 suicide attempts, I am beyond grateful to be healthy, alive, and still here. There was a time when I never thought I would make it out of the darkness in my mind. But I did. And today, I’m not only able to see the beauty in this life—I’m able to help others see it too.

Your life is so incredibly beautiful. Sometimes, when you’re in the darkest place, it can feel like things will never get better. But I promise you, they can. You are not a burden. You are not too much. You are loved, cherished, and valued. You matter in this world.

If the burden feels too heavy to carry alone, call someone. Text someone. Reach out. The people who truly love you will want to be there for you. And sometimes, God works in ways we never expect—He may even send a stranger to remind you that you are loved and that you are not alone.

Please never forget how important you are.

I hope you stay. I hope you keep fighting. I hope you get to experience the beautiful chapters that haven’t been written yet.

You are so, so important. 🤍

AYX 26 RECAP 🤍

“He must become greater; I must become less.” — John 3:30 🤍

This weekend reminded me what it truly means to become less so that Christ can become more. Every moment pointed back to Him and His faithfulness. Watching chains be broken, hearts set free, and lives transformed through His love and deliverance was an incredible reminder that only Jesus can do what no one else can. Seeing these girls encounter His presence and walk in freedom was the greatest blessing. All the glory belongs to Him. by @lovinyoualanis
