When it comes to obeying God’s word, it’s easy to get caught up in trying to make sense of it all. But the truth is, God’s plan doesn’t always have to align with our logic. Our role is to trust Him completely, knowing that His purpose is always for our good.

In this powerful episode, Paulette Ibeka @lovliori shares how she’s learned to trust God and follow His guidance, even when it didn’t make sense—and the incredible growth that came from it.

Testing testing…1, 2, 3…is the 🎤working. I’m not materially wealthy yet (e dey horizon). I do however have very rich relationships. As such I consider myself relationally wealthy ☺️ (enters cheesy line 😂😂😂). All the wealthy men I know talk/write about nurturing and growing their wealth so in the last few months I’ve made some focused effort to grow my relational wealth. First I’m intentionally choosing to find total fulfillment through building a relationship with the Author and Creator of the Universe, the redeemer of my soul and comforter of my spirit. Then I’m poised to establish a loving relationship with me myself and I. Accepting the unadulterated strengths and flaws of my physical emotional and psychological makeup. While embracing the scars and chips I a have developed over the years. Choosing to see them as as carvings in the rock that remind me how to do life with ALL people in love. Yes I’m ultimately building this healthy relationship with me to empower me to build even wealthier relationships with the amazing gems in my life and the new ones I’m poised to welcome based only on LOVE ❤️ by @lovliori

Exactly a year ago today I buried my nose in my work and neglected to recognize that my baby brother was fighting for his life behind closed doors a couple steps from my dining table now converted work station. Yes a broken healthcare system and some stubbornness contributed to what was now responsible for the excruciating pain that ultimately won the battle he was fighting. Yes, he should have avoided the street food that led to that last crisis he didn’t get out of. Yes, he should have mentioned that his friend turned GP told him that the back pain he was feeling was evidence that the ulcer may have hit a critical blood vessel. Yet, I should have stepped away from my work and insisted we seek a second opinion or even sat with him to pray or gist while he was on his bed. Perhaps I would have seen something that said this is nothing like all the other crisis before this one. Don’t do this to yourself Paulette it’s not healthy it will only depress you further. Fair point but I’m already a mess and struggling so I’ll post this for now (maybe I delete it later), as a reminder to listen to the wise words of the Google CEO to drop my rubber ball and protect my glass balls. Cause mehn I dropped my porcelain ball and it shattered. I miss you Bro💔 by @lovliori
