I present my very first book “Nightmare Autopsis: A Return to Elm Street,” published by Harker Press. I never knew I was going to write a book, but when the movies that made you don’t get the respect you feel they deserve after 40 damn years, there’s only one thing to do: Drink a ton of coffee, do even more research on films you can already quote chapter and verse, reach out to people for interviews, battle your encroaching imposter syndrome (DOWN, foul beast!), ask the questions you’ve always wanted to ask, and write the book you’ve always wanted to read.

…okay, that’s more than one, which is why I need an incredible editor like Dustin McNeill. Dustin wrote and released several books that inspired this one, and I’m so incredibly proud to be part of the publisher that inspired me several times over. For the rest of my seemingly-unending thanks, you gotta buy the book and check the acknowledgements page (look at me, moving product!)

We've partnered with our friends at The County Theater to welcome Rondo-nominated author Lowell Greenblatt, who will be in conversation with co-director of programming and fellow Fredhead, Brendan Joyce. The pair will discuss Greenblatt’s latest work Nightmare Autopsis: A Return to Elm Street - along with Freddy's indelible legacy as a horror icon AFTER A SCREENING OF A Nightmare on Elm Street 3: Dream Warriors.

The film will be followed by an author discussion and book signing in the lobby. The author's book will be available for sale at the theater.
