Xerxes Osborne is a Singapore-based electronic music artist, producer and DJ who creates cinematic club music that blends industrial sound design, ambient textures, and experimental bass. Their work explores themes of memory, repetition, and identity through interconnected audiovisual projects.

Fka GOTHMYSTERYMAFIA, Xerxes Osborne was created to reflect a desire to embrace a more authentic creative identity while allowing greater freedom to explore different genres, mediums, and conceptual works. Artists such as Porter Robinson, G Jones, JPEGMAFIA, and Sleep Token heavily influence XO’s sound that combines heavy bass, industrial percussion, and cinematic sound design into a distinctly dystopian landscape.

Elements of minimal 140-influenced dub and experimental club music, inspired by artists including Phrva, 1997, and Machinedrum, are embedded throughout the project's evolving sound.

Visually, the project is informed by brutalist architecture and minimalist design, treating music, artwork, typography, and film as interconnected parts of a larger artistic identity.

Conceptually, Xerxes Osborne explores recurring themes surrounding the Vast and the Void, imagining not only what these abstract spaces represent, but how they might sound, feel, and exist through music.

Xerxes Osborne is currently preparing for the release of two interconnected albums this October, continuing to expand the project's audiovisual world through immersive storytelling and experimental electronic music.

𝗟𝗼𝘄 𝗘𝗻𝗱 is back with yet another night of DJ/hybrid sets from 𝗛𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗔, 𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗔𝟬𝟭𝟬𝟭𝟬𝟭𝟬𝟭, 𝗜𝗡𝗙𝗥𝗔-𝟮𝟰, and 𝗞𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗻, and live bars from MC 𝗧𝗘𝗡𝗚𝗬. 𝗟𝗼𝘄 𝗘𝗻𝗱's 10th edition features a lineup of selectors that all share the ability to navigate a maelstrom of genres with ninja-like precision, pulling every sound under the bass umbrella into one seamless night.

In the spirit of cypher culture, 𝗟𝗼𝘄 𝗘𝗻𝗱 is honored to carry the night for @illegalanglers' battle - SG's tutting and fingertutting community, going down earlier the same day.

With MVP support from @upperserangoonsoundsystem - SG's underground community's very own sound system hero powering the subs and delivering our defining Low End.

Inspired by the more atmospheric side of drum and bass, Shaf makes her first ever go at the genre, with influences from the bass-heavy, hypnotic worlds of artists like Alix Perez, Charli Brix, Ivy Lab, and Halogenix.

In this mix, her selects sit somewhere between drum and bass and halftime, balancing intensity with groove and movement. Rather than sticking to the conventional 174, she explores the more nuanced territories within DnB - soulful when it needs to be, dark when it wants to be, all while letting the low end do the talking.

Expect a journey through minimal rhythms, rolling breaks, entrancing vocals, distorted textures, and sub frequencies that demand to be felt as much as heard.

“This mix goes out to the lost souls out there who wanna do some soul-searching. I never meant for the sound to be as soulful as it turned out to be but here we are and I hope you guys enjoyed tuning in. <3”

Low End is proud to be female-led, and for our upcoming Bass Baddie Edition, we’re spotlighting the women who are massive movers in the scene. From bass-slinging selectors to freestyle-driven dancers, these are the creatives who truly put the bad in bass baddie. 
Built on the spirit of cypher culture, Low End was created as a space where dancers could discover and freestyle to bass music beyond the studio. That energy still drives what we do, and this edition celebrates the women pushing it forward.

CAI FAN is an all-female dance trio known for high-energy choreography and competitive freestyle battles. Blending street and formal dance styles, they honour the roots of each genre while bringing sharp technique, bold expression, and magnetic presence. 
Hammy (@meliaraine), also known as Melia Raine, is a Singapore-based DJ and SANTAi resident whose sets move through deep basslines, soulful rhythms, and slow-burning euphoria. Rooted in hip-hop and neo-soul, her sound flows across dub, breaks, electro, Balearic house, ambient textures, Spanish bass, acid, and left-field edits. Since 2023, she has played for Fred Perry, Singapore Art Week, Earthtopia Fest, and more. 
@stephtippytaps is the embodiment of poise and grace, with movement that feels liquid and effortless. Beneath that softness is a quiet fierceness. Her choreography is powerful, precise, and deeply expressive, carrying a confidence and artistry that is unmistakably her own. 
HBN (@_ellahadid), co-founder of Singapore day-party collective Last Saturdays, has quickly made her mark on the local scene. With appearances at Headquarters, Offtrack, Behind the Green Door, Hypebeast Live, and NME’s Big Night Out, she is known for sets that blend house, breaks, electro, and UKG into a signature mix of bass, bounce, and groove.

@poledrea began her pole journey during the pandemic with no prior dance or gymnastics background and never imagined becoming a professional showgirl. From clubs to competition stages, she has learned to fully own her body, and now helps others do the same through a style centred not on perfection, but on feeling, expression, and surrendering to the music. by @lowendhz

You'll usually catch @alias_ten playing Chicago footwork at 160bpm, but he's also well-versed in UK dubstep history. @alias_ten is one of the few people building a space for Chicago footwork culture in the local scene. Together with @chettan._, he runs the Basswerk event series under @sg_footwerkerz, giving dancers a space and the musical energy to jam and battle.

We got him to record his take on bass music and his reinterpretation of the Low End sound. Dipping in and out of 140 dubstep and its adjacent genres, he eventually settles on where it all started for him - the frenetic and syncopated sounds of Chicago footwork and Detroit ghettotech.

In his words: "A journey for the Low End fiends, an homage to the dancers and groovers who show up to Low End nights, who move their bodies in service to the bass."

𝙅𝙊𝙉𝙔 - 𝘾𝙐𝙇𝙏𝙐𝙍𝙀 𝙀𝙋 (𝙎𝙄𝙍𝘿𝙐𝘽002)
 Supported by 𝗗𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝗧𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗼, 𝗟𝗼𝘂 𝗡𝗼𝘂𝗿 (fka SICARIA), and 𝗠𝗜𝗔, 𝗝𝗼𝗻𝘆’s Culture EP is described as a combination of his signature heavy and earth-shaking sound effects that are both captivating and trance-inducing. The most distinguishing aspect of 𝗝𝗼𝗻𝘆’s EP is its breadth. The range of sounds extends beyond the scope of EDM into the dark recesses of the underworld. The EP captures a variety of emotions, from euphoria to a deep sense of dread. Though it is difficult to choose favorites, some of the standouts include ‘Culture’, ‘Chaos’, and ‘Dark Dungeons’. Each track offers a unique sonic experience that entices and makes listeners feel as if they are descending into some forgotten realm.   𝙍𝙐𝙉𝘼𝘼𝙆𝙄 - É𝙉𝙊𝙐𝙀𝙈𝙀𝙉𝙏 𝙀𝙋 (𝙎𝙄𝙍𝘿𝙐𝘽015)

𝗥𝘂𝗻𝗮𝗮𝗸𝗶 has always leaned toward control over chaos. Rather than chasing loud arrangements or exaggerated drops, his approach centres on tension, space and disciplined low-end weight. Énouement feels like a natural progression — more confident in restraint, more intentional in structure, and sharper in sonic identity.

The EP moves with purpose. After the intros unfold, each tune locks into measured sub pressure and clean, deliberate drum work. Nothing feels rushed. Nothing feels excessive. It’s built with the understanding that real impact comes from placement, not clutter.

A key moment on this release is Sly Grin 2025 VIP — a rework of 𝗥𝘂𝗻𝗮𝗮𝗸𝗶’s original Sly Grin, which appeared on the very first EP ever released on 𝗦𝗶𝗿 𝗗𝘂𝗯 𝗠𝘂𝘇𝗶𝗸 three years ago. Revisiting that tune now isn’t nostalgia — it’s reflection. The VIP tightens the low-end, refines the groove, and shows how both the artist and the label have evolved since day one. by @lowendhz

More than a DJ, 𝗝𝗼𝗻𝘆 𝗠𝗮𝗱𝗱𝗸𝗶𝗱𝘇 has spent the last decade carving out space for UK bass in Kuala Lumpur’s concrete maze. As the force behind Dub Tings, he’s helped push Malaysian artists onto the global map. His 2023 debut producer EP, Culture, marked a new chapter for Malaysian-made 140. Rooted in dubstep, grime, experimental sounds, and jungle, his sets have also supported Yung Singh, A Guy Called Gerald, DJ Dragon, and Jianbo.

𝙍𝙐𝙉𝘼𝘼𝙆𝙄
KL-based producer 𝗥𝘂𝗻𝗮𝗮𝗸𝗶 has been shaping his world of UK bass since 2009. Known for intricate rhythms, atmospheric tension, and experimental energy, he’s become a key artist on Sir Dub Muzik, with releases including Énouement EP, Rattlesnake EP, and Sly Grin / Swamp EP. He has also opened for Dr Dubplate, Laksa, The Greys, and DJ Dragon.

𝙤𝙢𝙖𝙧𝙆𝙀𝙉𝙊𝘽𝙄
Singaporean rapper, producer, host, and voiceover artist 𝗼𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗞𝗘𝗡𝗢𝗕𝗜 is known for sharp delivery and commanding vocal presence. From 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗼𝗰𝗿𝗲 𝗛𝗮𝗶𝗿𝗰𝘂𝘁 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝘄 to collaborations with Sam Rui, Khally, Fauxe, Charlie Lim, Fariz Jabba, and more, he’s built a deep catalogue of local impact. His track “Kalah” has crossed 6 million streams.

No trend-chasing, no performance for the gaze. Just bodies in motion, minds unlocked, and hearts tuned to the low end.
