3rd time’s a charm 🎲

Excited to be running this year’s @nycmarathon & fundraising with @cc_sabathia ’s PitCCh In Foundation - dedicated to enriching the lives of youth through educational and athletic opportunities.

NYC has been on the bucket list for quite some time, so the opportunity to run on behalf of a great cause and a New York legend…we’re leaving it all out there Nov 1st

If you’d like to support, the donation link is in my bio. Every contribution is tremendously appreciated.

Additionally, stay tuned for a new @cable.goods capsule coming soon, with 100% of proceeds benefiting the foundation.

As far as training goes, time to quit yapping and make it happen - “first day on the job, one day closer to owning the joint”

11/1/26 let’s party

Philly Marathon 2025 - 3:08

This is a thank you to everyone who made yesterday possible & showed nothing but constant support these past 4+ months. It is all of you that are deserving of the credit.

When fear creeps in, it is the strength of the village behind us that grabs those demons by the collar. They say lack of discipline is a disservice to the ones who believe in us - well I’ll be damned before letting the crew down.

In this world you either got it or you don’t, but if you gotta ask I got bad news for ya...

Cable - a medium for transmitting power or signal from one place to another

Cable - multiple wires, working together, providing greater strength & flexibility in comparison to a single, solid wire

Cable - an era of influence across fashion, sport, & entertainment

Cable Goods is best described by the belief that everyday people are capable of achieving extraordinary victories through one process:

1. Believe 2. Endure 3. Prosper

Applicable to all endeavors & phases of life, it is a fearlessness in attempt, free from the noise of opinion. Understanding that the real reward is earned through consistent effort.

It represents less time worrying about the paint job and more time learning about what’s under the hood - an encouragement to each other to freely be ourselves - that we are all on a similar journey and belief is a better gift than anything we can put under a tree.

It might take a little bit longer using the stairs, but promise you this, the cardio will be better when we reach the top.

And with that said, it's exciting to formally announce Cable Goods, after almost two full years behind the scenes. And even more importantly, thank you to everyone who helped make CG a reality & has driven the belief from the jump. by @lowercase.b

26.2 in Philly 🏁🏁🏁

First marathon in the books. So much love and appreciation for everyone who helped make yesterday a reality. I cannot express how grateful I am.

Thank you for making my end of the bargain so easy throughout this training block - to show up, give grace, and take care of business. We are so much stronger when we operate from a place of love & gratitude and block out the noise.

Through every mile, every meal, & every decision in-between, there is no harsher, yet better teacher than the marathon.

These past four plus months have been far from perfect, but through all of the failures, there’s no faster path to improvement than being brutally honest with yourself and owning it to make the changes necessary when your actions don’t make the grade.

Flaws & all, I might not ever be the “best” runner among other things, but promise this heart will give you absolutely everything it has. Every time.
