Babe, you have all of the things inside of you. At least that’s what I have to tell myself when I am venturing into new territories. i know its scary to start new projects, jobs, relationships, and new habits, without feeling like should already be able to master it. But that’s the gag, you won’t ever truly be a master at something until you do it. You have to do the thing to become good at the thing. So do the thing, & be great!! ase•amen•allatgoodshit • • • • • • #keepgoingdre #self #lettinggo #healingjourney #growthmindset #healing #accountability #intuition #manifestation #selflove #showingup #selflovejourney #grace #mindfulness #blackwoman #mindset #authentic #lowexposurethoughts by @lowexposurethoughts
come to the front love, you deserve to be seen. you deserve to be felt. what are some things you desire to be more forward about? are there any gifts you would like to share with the world? is there something you need to release to move on? often times we are way too worried about things being perfect, or how well we will be received. and you’re right! there is a way to do and say things that will best represent our intentions. but don’t let overthinking and self sabotaging stop you from being seen or felt. let that shit out, whatever that is! ase•amen•allatgoodshit • • • • • • #keepgoingdre #self #lettinggo #healingjourney #growthmindset #healing #accountability #intuition #manifestation #selflove #showingup #selflovejourney #grace #mindfulness #blackwoman #mindset #authentic #lowexposurethoughts by @lowexposurethoughts
you are the answer to someone's prayer. we often have all of the gifts and tools within us to help heal and better those around us! wether if that's your story, your passion, your expertise, or innovations. they are gifts, that deserve to be welcomed to the community they are intended to serve. what do you believe your gifts are? what gifts are you holding on to? do you need or want help developing those gifts? I pray you feel confident in your gifts to offer them to the world. we need them, just like we need you! ase•amen•allatgoodshit • • • • • • #keepgoingdre #self #lettinggo #healingjourney #growthmindset #healing #accountability #intuition #manifestation #selflove #showingup #selflovejourney #grace #mindfulness #blackwoman #mindset #authentic #lowexposurethoughts by @lowexposurethoughts
gotta learn to kill the noise of the outside world, and tune into yourself. following the voice of the outside, will lead you astray from your own. by @lowexposurethoughts
