2024 has been an amazing yet challenging year for me. I've put my all into building the necessary foundations for future success over the last few years and I'm proud to say I've achieved everything I set out to do, but I've also sacrificed a lot in terms of my physical and mental health as a result.I've worked in the cryptocurrency industry for 6 years and I've had an incredible career, it helped me drag myself out of a dark place and gave me a new passion to fight for, the idea of offering financial freedom and true ownership of your own wealth to those in need aligned strongly with my morals and values. I learnt to become a leader, learned skills in communication that I never could have dreamed of and feel so blessed that I could be a small yet important part to so many people's lives and their careers. Yet despite all of this, I slowly started to see corporate greed takeover, the goal was no longer to share knowledge and provide access to this amazing technology but to earn profit and waffle about metrics that took away the focus from the positive impact this could have on people's lives. I slowly started to lose the energy needed to maintain relationships with my friends and family, slowly losing sight of what was important in my life till the toll of working these leadership roles started to really become apparent. So I quit my job on the day of my flight here to Colombia, no backup job lined up! Just me and my lanky self raw dogging life on the other side of the world, trying to ration what's left of my rainy day fund. Nightmare scenario for some, but for me, it's been the most liberating experience. I wake up everyday excited not knowing what the future holds. My true calling has always been to work as music producer and I feel blessed to have the opportunity to do it in this beautiful country. I'm giving up a lot of luxuries in my life to chase this dream, it's going to take a lot discipline but I know I can do this. Why is that? Because I'm a fucking G 😤! If you don't tell yourself that then no one else will. I was always on the path, I never strayed once and I realise that now. 2025 is my year 💪🔥 and I hope it will be yours too ❤️ by @lowfrequent
