Dear Tulsa Community, The last two months have passed in a blur. We are deeply moved by the outpouring of love and support you have given us during this very difficult time. We have been left completely speechless by the loss that our staff, and the tenants that lived above have faced. The kindness and generosity that you all have shown has filled us with gratitude and hope that we can continue moving forward. In moments like this, the community truly shines, and we are so grateful to be a part of the Tulsa Community. Through the support you have shown our staff, we have been able to focus on trying to move forward and figure out rebuilding efforts so that we can get back to serving you all again. Your love has been a beacon of light during the dark days of the last month. We also want to extend a huge heartfelt thank you to the firefighters, first responders, and everyone who played a role in containing the fire and ensuring the safety of the staff and tenants of the building. Your bravery and selflessness during that weekend will be forever in our hearts and minds. We are eternally grateful to you, Tulsa. We look forward to seeing you all in some way soon! With love, Lowood & Hodges Bend by @lowoodtulsa
It’s been officially 1 year since we lost Hodges Bend and Lowood to a devastating fire, as well as the people who lived upstairs completely losing their homes. We have been doing our best this past year to focus on resilience and community and still will never be able to thank you all enough for holding us when we needed it most. During this past year, we were able to channel our energy into opening @lofitulsa and are on track to open a new restaurant, Ava June, in early 2025. We would love to invite all of you to LoFi tonight to share stories of Hodges & Lowood, as we learned throughout all of this, that it’s most important for us to all have a place to be together. 💛 by @lowoodtulsa
