Loyola Athletics added two more sports and four more teams in the early 2010s, as the women’s golf and women’s tennis programs have become regular fixtures in the NAIA National Championship. The women’s golf team, which won its first conference championship in 2019, has played in eight straight national championships, and the women’s tennis team, which won its first conference title in 2025, has made five appearances in the national tournament. The Athletics Hall of Fame just inducted its first men’s golfer of the new era in 2025, and the men’s tennis team won its first national tournament match in its first appearance in 2026. ⛳️ 🎾

*After a 20-year hiatus, athletics returned to Loyola University New Orleans in 1991. Wolf Pack athletics celebrates 35 years since the return of intercollegiate athletics by recognizing the excellence and achievements of its 22 sports programs.* by @loynogolf
