September is National Suicide Prevention Month.
I’ve seen many brave souls share their story and it inspired me to share mine💜

Phe’s struggles in my books are deeply similar to ones I’ve faced and why mental health rep is important to me. I even dedicated my second book to those that battle the ceaseless whispers in their minds. I see you because I’ve been you💜

Talk to a friend. My DMs are open. Reach out for support. YOU MATTER!

People can call or text 988 or chat with 988lifeline.org for themselves or if they are worried about a loved one who may need crisis support. Call 988 and press 0 to be routed immediately to a crisis counselor. by @lp_brooks
