๐Ÿ’™New ward name unveiled at celebration event๐Ÿ’™

Celebrating the launch of Whisby Ward, Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust marked an important milestone in the ongoing improvement journey of the Trusts female mental health rehabilitation service.

The celebration event, which was co-created with people who receive support from the service and colleagues, included a ribbon-cutting ceremony to officially welcome the ward's new identity and recognise the significant progress made to strengthen the quality and experience of care on the ward.๐Ÿ’

The ward's new name was chosen collaboratively, inspired by Whisby Nature Park near Lincoln. The name was selected because it reflects themes of nature, growth, recovery and wellbeing.๐ŸŒฑ

๐Ÿ‘‰Take part in the 2026 Community Mental Health Survey and share your experience๐Ÿ’ญ

At LPFT, we believe providing high quality mental health care for each individual person is fundamentally important. The NHS has launched its annual Community Mental Health Survey, giving people the chance to share their experiences of using mental health services.

If you received community mental health support in April or May 2026, you may be invited to take part and tell us about the care you received.

The survey can be completed either:

๐Ÿ‘‰as a paper questionnaire, or
๐Ÿ‘‰online using the login details provided or by scanning the QR code.

Your responses are confidential. The survey is carried out by the Care Quality Commission and the Survey Coordination Centre at IQVIA. Your answers are not shared with LPFT staff, and taking part will not affect your care or treatment. The NHS Community Mental Health Survey has Section 251 (NHS Act 2006) approval to process contact details.

Results will be published in spring 2027 and used to assess Community Mental Health Trusts across England. What we learn will help us identify priorities and continue improving the care we provide for you and our wider community.

If you are invited to take part, whether your contact with our services was regular or occasional, please know that every voice matters.๐Ÿ’™

๐Ÿ“žIf you receive the questionnaire and need help completing it, please call 01529 222265.

For more information about the survey, please visit - www.cqc.org.uk/cmhsurvey.
