Ten years ago, I never imagined this.

When I changed my major halfway through college to PR, I wasn’t dreaming of becoming an entrepreneur — I didn’t even know that was in the cards. But life has a way of surprising you. I followed a gut instinct, took a leap of faith, and built something I’m so incredibly proud of.

Running @powerspr for nearly a decade has been the ride of a lifetime. The highs were unforgettable. The lows were frankly gutting. But what kept me going — through every challenge, pivot, and milestone — was the work itself. I had the absolute privilege of partnering with brands that were changing how people move, eat, think, feel and live. Brands driven by purpose, impact, and a desire to help people reach their peak performance — a value I’ve always held close in my own life.

It was never just about PR. It was about building something that mattered — alongside a team I love and clients I deeply believe in. It was my family.

And now, a new chapter begins.

Powers has officially been acquired by the award-winning agency Studio Beauty, and I’m stepping into the role of Chief Growth Officer across a female-led collective of agencies — @studiobeauty.io, @kruppgroup + @28rowcreators. I’ll continue doing what I love most: building relationships, finding aligned opportunities, and helping brands scale with soul.

What started as a fun idea between two best friends quickly turned into a full-blown obsession (our families can definitely confirm 😂).

Meet Candy Riot - a candy experience that’s bold, unexpected, and anything but your typical candy cart. We source our favorite candies from Sweden, Finland, Spain, Germany, and beyond - all without artificial dyes or high fructose corn syrup.

Because we believe you can care about what you put into your body and still really love candy.
