Twincity Marathon 2026 | Half Marathon
.
event pembuka 2026 yang menyakitkan jiwa raga dan ankle. plan berjalan lancar sehingga water station km10 terseliuh kaki kiri jadi kita walkkkk-run-walkk hingga finish line. apa pun sudah suratan takdirnya begini siapa kita manusia biasa untuk menolak.

Langkawi International Half Marathon 2024 @lihm.official

PB: 1.34.55

long awaited event. the main purpose of this race is self evaluation of fitness for bigger race; in next 5 weeks. too much to be said, be realistic and put more work. nothing to be ashamed of, suck it and be there tomorrow. failure is just another step towards success.

another half marathon race this year. not expected this timing. at first cuma nak treat this event as weekend long run tapi lepas jumpa @_akmaaaal dengan @syoqi_ diorang kata nak buat timing jadi membuak membuak la rasa nak buat timing tu.

alhamdulillah everything goes well. body give full coop and done a negative split. from carb load, nutrition during race, pacing, semua berjalan lancar. start strong and finish stronger.

thankyou kepada semua yang support running journey saya, my wife @_dudekdudek thank you for everything my love i could never done this without you💕, my little angle; amanda, geng lincah runners and everyone there during my journey from start to fl.

another addictive thing other than coffee. the grind never stop. throughout the whole race quote yang aku ingat
”dont worry it just another weekend run🚀” memorable hari raya. jumpa next season taken in Dataran Merdeka Kuala Lumpur by @lqmvn

planned to do sub 2 hour HM but failed. lack of training still not enough base aerobic fitness. got a lot from this race.
